established with the mission to transform local farming communities, the company operates primarily in the western region of Uganda, we work closely with farmers particularly youth and women to empower them through sustainable agricultural practices, knowledge sharing and economic opportunities, our main goal is to unclock potential of agro products by delivering high quality honey and spices while uplifting rural farming through value addition, skills development and enhanced market access, the company operates directly with local farmers offering training in best agricultural practices, business skills development and market linkages for their produce.
our approach includes honey processing by sourcing raw honey from rural farmers and refining it both for local and international markets, we also engage in spice value addition, partnering with growers to transform raw spices into finished products with high market value. royal reach investments has positively impacted the lives of over 500 farmers,70 percent of whom are women and youth, we mainly operate in the districts of Mbarara, Bushenyi, Ibandas, Rwampara, Kabale and Kisoro. through direct market access and high value processing ,
The company has supported many communities in increasing their house hold incomes, gaining their practical skills in agro processing and business management contributing to food security.
